Saypha® Rich is the skinbooster of the Croma-Pharma range: non-cross-linked hyaluronic acid at 18 mg/ml combined with glycerol. Unlike the rest of the Saypha range, it is not a filler and provides neither volume nor projection; it is injected into the superficial dermis to improve hydration, tone and elasticity. It replaces the former Princess Rich reference.

Composition and technology
- Non-cross-linked hyaluronic acid: 18 mg/ml, of non-animal origin obtained by bacterial fermentation. As it is not cross-linked, the gel is fluid, distributes within the tissue and is completely resorbed; it does not create structural support.
- Glycerol: a humectant that retains water in the dermis and, in non-cross-linked HA formulations, additionally helps to stabilise the gel against degradation by free radicals.
- Without lidocaine and without cross-linking agent (BDDE).
- Functional difference: Saypha Filler, Volume, Volume Plus and Lips are cross-linked gels that occupy volume; Saypha Rich acts on skin quality. They are distinct and complementary categories, not alternatives.

Indications and treatment areas
Product intended for skin revitalisation and hydro-biostimulation treatments: improvement of skin hydration, tone and elasticity.
- Face, in particular the cheekbones, midface and perioral area

It is not indicated for correcting deep folds or for restoring volume: for those indications the range provides Saypha Filler, Volume or Volume Plus.
Technique and treatment protocol
- Injection plane: superficial dermis.
- Technique: mesotherapy — micropapules, multiple puncture or linear retrograde, with a fine needle.
- Protocol: the treatment is usually planned as a series of several sessions spaced a few weeks apart, followed by maintenance sessions. The binding number of sessions and interval are those set out in the instructions for use of the product.
- Compatible with combined protocols alongside cross-linked fillers in separate sessions.
- Resorbable product: the effect is transient and requires maintenance.

Storage and pack contents
- Storage: between 2 °C and 25 °C, protected from direct sunlight. Do not freeze.
- Do not use after the expiry date stated on the pack.
- Single-use product. Do not reuse or re-sterilise.
- The pack contains: 1 pre-filled syringe of 1.0 ml, sterile needles, instructions for use and traceability labels.
Contraindications and warnings
Contraindications: known hypersensitivity to hyaluronic acid, to glycerol or to Gram-positive bacterial proteins; active autoimmune disease; tendency to hypertrophic or keloid scarring; active skin infection or inflammation in the treatment area; pregnancy and breastfeeding; under 18 years of age.
Caution: anticoagulant or antiplatelet therapy; areas with permanent implants. Do not combine in the same session with laser, deep peeling or dermabrasion.
