Refund policy

Returns will not be accepted when the specific storage conditions for each product cannot be guaranteed (storage/transportation in environmental conditions according to the manufacturer's specifications, open boxes, etc.).

The shipping costs generated by exchanges or returns will be borne by the customer, unless the error is ours. To make a return, you must contact us via email at office@alphaiberian.es and a return form will be sent to you, which must be completed.

We recommend that our customers keep the cardboard box in which the product was shipped to facilitate subsequent procedures.
