ORDERS AND BILLING
- All orders are managed directly through PIEL ETERNA.
- Our system automatically recognizes customers connecting from the Canary Islands and, at checkout, no VAT is applied.
- In accordance with regulations: VAT-exempt operation under article 21.1 of Law 37/1992. Delivery destined for the Canary Islands.
- In this case, the doctor or clinic is responsible for settling the IGIC.
DELIVERY TIMES AND COSTS
- Standard deliveries: 5–7 business days (including customs clearance) – €20
- Express deliveries: 2–4 business days (including customs clearance) – €35
- All shipments depart directly from our central warehouse in Madrid.
