Shipping Policy

Orders are prepared at our warehouse in Madrid and shipped via selected carriers, exclusively to professional addresses (clinics, medical practices, healthcare centres, pharmacies). All products are dispatched with the batch number and expiry date recorded on the delivery note and are stored until shipment under the conditions specified by the manufacturer.
Delivery times and shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout according to the destination and the shipping method chosen, and are shown before the order is confirmed. Delivery times are expressed in business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) and are counted from payment confirmation, for products in stock.

The amounts shown do not include VAT. Express shipping is available for orders placed before 1:00 p.m. and only for products in stock. For destinations outside the European Union, the cost and delivery time are shown during checkout; the customer is responsible for customs duties, taxes and import procedures in the destination country.
Availability
Only products available in stock are shipped. If an item is unavailable, we will inform you and the shipment will be made once it is back in stock, or you may cancel that order line at no cost.
Tracking and delivery
You will receive shipping confirmation by email with the tracking number. Delivery is made to the address indicated on the order; in-person pickup is not possible. Please check the condition of the package upon delivery and report any visible damage to the carrier and to info@pieleterna.es within 48 hours.
