Shipping policy
When will my order be processed?
We ship within the EU zone. Shipping times vary as follows:
We send orders via GLS. Delivery time is 3 hours (express in Madrid) - 3 working days (in Spain within the peninsula)/7 working days (EU) depending on the available stock.
During the summer months, no shipments will be made on Fridays (except express orders in Madrid), so the order will be shipped the next working day. It is possible to pick up the order in Madrid.
Shipping costs will be calculated during the checkout process. Make sure to enter your address correctly to avoid delays.
Return and refund policy
You have the right to cancel your order within 15 days without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline to cancel an order is 15 days from the date you received the goods or when a third party you have designated, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the delivered product.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision through a clear statement.

We will refund you no later than 30 days from the day we receive the returned goods. We will use the same payment method you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such a refund.
Conditions for returns:
To be eligible for a return, make sure that:

The following goods cannot be returned:

The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

The supply of goods that by their nature are not suitable to be returned, for example goods that deteriorate rapidly or whose expiration date has ended.

The supply of goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that were unsealed after delivery.

The supply of goods that by their nature require special storage conditions and whose compliance cannot be guaranteed.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
Return of goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You must send the products to the following address:

We are not responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipping. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We cannot issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of return. received.
