Export · from Madrid

We handle the export. You receive the goods.

Every week parcels leave our Madrid warehouse for the Canaries, for practices across the European Union and for countries outside it. Not one of those customers files a single customs document. That part is ours.

Exporting a medical device is not only a transport question. It is paperwork, batch traceability and a temperature chain that has to hold from the shelf to the clinic. We built the process once, properly, so that it runs the same way every time.

What we take off your desk

Export clearance

We file the export declaration in Spain ourselves. You present nothing, sign nothing, and pay no fee for it.

Commercial invoice and DUA

Commercial invoice, export declaration and delivery note travel with the parcel — and a copy reaches your forwarder or accountant the same day if they ask.

Batch, expiry, temperature

Batch number and expiry date on every single line, stored between 12 and 18 °C under automatic control, packed so the chain holds in transit.

Tracking and claims

Tracking number sent automatically. A parcel that has not moved for two working days is a parcel we chase — you do not have to notice it first.

How it runs, step by step

  1. Your orderYou order as usual. In the basket you tell us where it is going and whether you buy as a business or as a private individual.
  2. We verifyEU VAT numbers are checked in VIES. For private recipients outside the EU we need an ID number — customs will not clear the parcel without it.
  3. Picked in MadridOriginal packaging, batch and expiry recorded per line, checked against your order before it is sealed.
  4. Export declarationWe file it, attach the commercial invoice and hand the parcel to the carrier the same working day where possible.
  5. On the roadYou get the tracking number automatically and follow the parcel live in our shipping portal.
  6. ArrivalImport duties or IGIC/IPSI are settled at destination, normally through the carrier. If anything is queried, write to us and we answer the customs office directly.

What we need from you — once

As a business

VAT number or EORI, registered name and registered address. Registered once, applied to every order after that.

As a private individual

An ID or passport number for the import declaration, plus a phone number the carrier can reach. Used for that shipment only and not stored on your account.

Typical times — Canaries: 2–4 working days · rest of Spain: 24–48 h · European Union: 2–4 working days · Outside the EU: 3–7 working days plus customs at destination

Confidence is not a promise. It is a batch number and a customs file.

Write to us with your case and we tell you exactly what your order will look like.
