Tiga-Med three-layer surgical mask in polypropylene non-woven fabric, with a long reinforced nose clip and elastic ear loops. The manufacturer declares a bacterial filtration efficiency of more than 99.5 % verified in accordance with DIN EN 14683, with contained breathing resistance for prolonged use. It is supplied non-sterile, in a dispenser box of 50 units.

The manufacturer publishes the bacterial filtration value tested in accordance with DIN EN 14683 but does not state in its product documentation the specific type (I, II or IIR) under that standard. If your protocol requires a particular type, check the designation printed on the packaging of the batch supplied.
Intended use
Face mask for medical use for protection against the transmission of infectious agents from the wearer to the patient and the working environment, in surgeries, clinics, nursing rooms and medical aesthetic centres.
- Position the mask so that it covers the nose, mouth and chin.
- Adjust the nose clip to the bridge of the nose and secure the loops behind the ears.
- Do not touch the filtering surface during use; replace the mask if it becomes damp or damaged.
- Single-use product: dispose of after use in accordance with local waste regulations.
Non-sterile product: not suitable for use in a sterile field without the additional measures required by the procedure.
Storage and handling
- Store in a cool, dry place, protected from direct sunlight and moisture.
- Keep the dispenser box closed; remove masks with clean hands.
- Do not reuse, do not wash and do not re-sterilise.
- Do not use after the expiry date stated on the packaging or if the packaging is damaged.
