Linerase® Hydro is the injectable solution of non-cross-linked hyaluronic acid at 1 % with amino acids from the Linerase range, designed to accompany and prolong treatment with Linerase® Collagen. Its formal particularity is that the amino acids are in suspension and not dissolved in the solution, which according to the manufacturer accelerates their availability after injection.

Composition and technology
- Non-cross-linked hyaluronic acid: 1 %, equivalent to 10 mg per ml. Fragments of 20 to 38 monomers, with a molecular weight of 1,700 kDa.
- Amino acids: L-isoleucine, L-leucine, L-lysine hydrochloride, L-proline, L-valine, glycine, L-serine, L-alanine and L-cysteine.
- Excipients: phosphate buffers and water.
- Particularity of the formulation: the amino acids are suspended and not dissolved in the solution. According to the manufacturer, this presentation accelerates their uptake by the body after injection.
The amino acids included are direct precursors of collagen synthesis — glycine, proline and lysine are the predominant residues of the triple helix — and the non-cross-linked hyaluronic acid provides the aqueous component of the extracellular matrix. The product is not a volumising filler.

Indications and treatment areas
Dermal biostimulation and hydration within aesthetic medicine protocols. It is used as a complementary treatment within the Linerase range, in combination with or alternating with the heterologous collagen sessions.
Usual areas: face, neck and décolleté.
Technique and treatment protocol
- Route: intradermal; the product equally allows subdermal application according to the area and the injector's technique.
- Technique: microinjections distributed in a grid pattern over the area to be treated.
- Homogenisation: the amino acids are in suspension — homogenise the vial before loading the syringe.
- Protocol: a treatment of several sessions followed by maintenance sessions. Apply the session and interval scheme set out in the documentation accompanying the product.
- Product without incorporated anaesthetic.

Storage and pack contents
- The pack includes: 5 sterile vials of 5.0 ml. Needles are not included.
- Storage: store the vials in their original packaging, protected from direct light and heat sources, in accordance with the instructions on the packaging.
- Do not use after the stated expiry date.
- Sterile single-use vials. Use the contents immediately after opening.
Contraindications and warnings
Contraindications: known hypersensitivity to hyaluronic acid or to any of the amino acids in the formulation; pregnancy and breastfeeding; minors; active inflammatory or infectious processes in the area to be treated.
Warnings: do not inject intravascularly. Consider the interval with respect to laser or peeling treatments in the same area.
