FILLMED M-HA® 10 is an injectable medical device of free hyaluronic acid at 10 mg/ml, non-cross-linked, formulated with pure medical-grade hyaluronic acid of 700 to 1000 kDa. Unlike polyrevitalising cocktails, its formula contains hyaluronic acid only — with no added vitamins or amino acids — and is conceived as a dermal water reservoir within a structured protocol of three sessions. It is not a filler: it provides no volume and does not correct wrinkles by projection.
- Free HA 10 mg/ml
- Cross-linking none
- Contents 3 vials × 3 ml
- Needles 30G and 32G included
- Protocol 3 sessions / 21 days
Composition and technology
Free non-cross-linked hyaluronic acid: 10 mg/ml (30 mg per 3 ml vial).
Molecular weight: pure medical-grade hyaluronic acid of 700 to 1000 kDa. The manufacturer selects this range to obtain a solution with sufficient viscosity for intradermal deposition while retaining the fluidity required in fine-gauge needles.
Non-cross-linked: as it incorporates no cross-linking agent, the product generates no structure or tissue projection. Its function is to replenish the hyaluronic acid reservoir of the dermis, not to occupy volume.
Formula without added actives: the manufacturer defines M-HA® 10 as free hyaluronic acid exclusively, without vitamins, amino acids, coenzymes or nucleic acids.
Position relative to NCTF® 135HA
| M-HA® 10 | Free HA 10 mg/ml, 700–1000 kDa. Hyaluronic acid only. Focus: deep hydration and skin quality. 3 vials × 3 ml |
|---|---|
| NCTF® 135HA | Free HA 5 mg/ml + complex of 59 active ingredients (vitamins, amino acids, coenzymes, minerals, nucleic acids). Focus: cellular polyrevitalisation. 5 vials × 3 ml |
Both are non-cross-linked injectable medical devices from the same company and share the intradermal application technique. The difference lies in the formula: M-HA® 10 doubles the concentration of free hyaluronic acid; NCTF® 135HA adds the nutritive complex. They are not interchangeable and do not compete with each other in the FILLMED protocols.
Indications and treatment areas
Indications: skin dehydration, loss of radiance, loss of elasticity, fine lines associated with dehydrated skin, maintenance of skin quality. The manufacturer indicates it for any skin type in patients over 18 years of age.
Areas and recommended quantity per session:
| Face | 2 vials |
|---|---|
| Neck | 1 vial |
| Décolletage | 1 vial |
| Dorsum of the hands | 1 vial |
The manufacturer also covers its use in delicate areas such as the glabella.
Technique and treatment protocol
Technique: intradermal multi-puncture, forming papules every 1 to 1.5 cm. It also permits linear retrograde threading and point-by-point injection.
Compatible devices: conventional needle, mesogun (automated injector) and the NANOSOFT® microneedle device for the eye contour, neck and décolletage.
Protocol of three sessions at an interval of 21 days, defined by the manufacturer in three phases:
| Session 1 — Initiation | Replenish the hyaluronic acid reservoir |
|---|---|
| Session 2 — Correction | Correct the hydration balance |
| Session 3 — Stabilisation | Maintain HA levels and hydration |
Manufacturer's clinical data (3-session study, 30 subjects, 52 days): +35 % hydration, +30 % radiance, +27 % skin elasticity, −12 % in periorbital wrinkles and −11 % in malar folds.
BIONUTRINECK protocol for the neck: combination of superficial peel, intradermal multi-puncture injection of M-HA® 10 and repair cream with vitamin B3, in 3 sessions separated by 3 weeks.
