RRS® Hyalift® 75 PROactive is the reinforced variant of the classic Hyalift® 75 from Skin Tech Pharma Group: the same load of non-cross-linked hyaluronic acid —15.0 mg/ml, 75 mg per 5 ml vial— in a protective buffer that adds to the amino acids a block of Vitis vinifera polyphenols and antioxidants (taurine, resveratrol). Presentation of 6 vials of 5 ml for face and body.

Composition and technology
Non-cross-linked hyaluronic acid: 15.0 mg/ml, equivalent to 75 mg per 5 ml vial.
PROactive protective buffer:
- Amino acids: 14 amino acids, among them glycine, leucine and lysine.
- Polyphenols: grapevine extract, Vitis vinifera.
- Antioxidants: taurine and resveratrol.
The difference from RRS® Hyalift® 75 does not lie in the hyaluronic acid concentration —identical in both references— but in the buffer: Hyalift® 75 is solubilised in an amino acid buffer with hydrating and antioxidant properties, whereas PROactive additionally incorporates the block of polyphenols and antioxidants described above.

Indications and treatment areas
Indications declared by the manufacturer: cutaneous photoageing and its consequences; treatment of dermal atrophy.

Technique and treatment protocol
Data from the post-market clinical follow-up (PMCF) study presented by the manufacturer at IMCAS 2022:
- Plane and technique: intradermal injection forming papules over the tension points of the retaining ligaments.
- Materials: 30G or 32G needles with luer-lock syringes.
- Dose per point: 0.05–0.1 ml of solution.
- Dose per session: 1.5 ml per hemiface, that is 3.0 ml for the full face.
- Study protocol: 2 sessions 14 days apart, with review 21 days after the first session.
In that study no allergic or systemic reactions were recorded and local tolerance was good; the assessment of skin condition rose from 2.35 to 3.24 and turgor from 2.50 to 3.62 on the scale used.

Storage and pack contents
- Box of 6 sterile vials of 5 ml.
- Sterile single-use product. Do not reuse or re-sterilise.
- Store as indicated on the pack, protected from direct sunlight and from heat sources.
- Do not use after the expiry date stated on the pack.
Contraindications and warnings
Known hypersensitivity to any of the components; active infection, inflammation or skin lesion in the treatment area; coagulation disorders; autoimmune diseases; pregnancy and breastfeeding; under 18 years of age.
