RICH PL Topic is a professional cosmetic product from Promoitalia for topical use: it is not an injectable. It combines 20 mg of polylactic acid (PLA) of medium polymerisation, stabilised within a matrix of hyaluronic acid cross-linked with BDDE at 10 mg/ml. The manufacturer describes it as the first ready-to-use liquid cosmetic collagen stimulator; the cross-linked matrix protects the PLA polymer from premature hydrolytic degradation.

Composition and technology
- Polylactic acid (PLA): 20 mg, of medium degree of polymerisation.
- Hyaluronic acid cross-linked with BDDE: 10 mg/ml, acting as a stabilising matrix and providing hydration and elasticity support to the tissue.
Technology: the polylactic acid is stabilised within the cross-linked hyaluronic acid matrix, which — according to the manufacturer — prevents its premature hydrolytic degradation and prolongs the bioactivity of the polymer.
Effects stated by the manufacturer: deep skin hydration, improvement of tone, redensification of the dermal matrix and stimulation of collagen and elastin.
Route of administration and regulatory status
RICH PL Topic is formulated and marketed by Promoitalia as a cosmetic product for topical use. It is not an injectable product and must not be administered intradermally, subcutaneously or by any other parenteral route.
This distinction is relevant: within the RICH PL family there are references with related compositions (PLLA, CaHA, recombinant type III collagen, free HA) whose route of administration and regulatory status vary from market to market. The "Topic" reference is the topical formulation.

Warnings
