Profhilo® Body Kit from IBSA Derma is the complete body protocol of the Profhilo range: two pre-filled 3 ml syringes with 96 mg of non-cross-linked hyaluronic acid per syringe, plus the Profhilo Figura patch and cream as complementary treatment. It is applied with the body BAP technique, at 10 defined injection points, on areas of skin laxity of the body.

Composition and technology
- Non-cross-linked hyaluronic acid: 96 mg per 3 ml syringe, equivalent to 32 mg/ml (3.2 %), in the form of a stabilised hybrid complex of high and low molecular weight.
- NAHYCO® technology: patented thermal stabilisation process that combines the high and low molecular weight fractions without resorting to chemical agents. The manufacturer describes the result as a stabilised hyaluronic acid molecule 100 % free of chemical stabilisers. No BDDE is used.
- Rheological profile: G' of 39 Pa and tan δ of 1.36. Values characteristic of a fluid, highly diffusing gel, not of a volumetric implant.
- Complementary components of the kit: Profhilo Figura body patch, applied immediately after the session, and Profhilo Figura body cream for home use between sessions.

All three variants share NAHYCO® technology and the absence of a chemical cross-linker. The body reference differs in syringe volume (3 ml versus 2 ml), in the pattern of points and in the topical products included in the kit.
Indications and treatment areas
Indicated for the treatment of body skin laxity in areas with loss of elasticity and firmness.

It is not a product for the treatment of localised adiposity nor a substitute for body remodelling procedures: it acts on the quality and firmness of the skin.
Technique and treatment protocol
- Injection plane: dermal / subcutaneous.
- Body BAP technique: 10 injection points defined per treatment area, with 0.3 ml of product per point, following the same principle of fixed anatomical points as the facial protocol. IBSA provides a dedicated BAP marking tool for locating the points.
- Dose: one 3 ml syringe per treatment area and session.
- Kit protocol, in three steps:
- Injection session with the body BAP technique.
- Application of the Profhilo Figura patch for 2–3 hours after the session.
- Home use of the Profhilo Figura body cream between sessions.
- Cycle: two injection sessions with an interval of one month.

Storage and pack contents
- Storage: between 0 °C and 25 °C, away from heat sources. Do not freeze.
- Do not use after the expiry date shown on the pack.
- The syringes are single-use. Do not reuse or re-sterilise. Sterile and pyrogen-free contents.
- The kit contains: 2 pre-filled syringes of 3.0 ml of Profhilo Body, Profhilo Figura body patch, Profhilo Figura body cream, instructions for use and traceability labels.
Contraindications and warnings
Manufacturer's warnings: do not inject intravenously, intramuscularly or into tendons. Do not mix with other products in the same syringe. It must not be used concomitantly with laser resurfacing treatments or with medium-to-deep peels. After injection it is recommended to avoid exposure to ultraviolet radiation for 3–5 days and to use SPF 50 sun protection.
Contraindications: known hypersensitivity to hyaluronic acid or to any of the components; active skin infection or inflammation in the treatment area; pregnancy and breastfeeding; patients under 18 years of age. Individual assessment in patients with autoimmune disease, coagulation disorders or anticoagulant therapy.
