Croma PolyPhil™ Hair is the variant of Croma-Pharma's polynucleotide range intended for the scalp: 15 mg of PN-HPT® in a 2 ml syringe. It shares its concentration with PolyPhil Eye, but its indication is different — revitalisation of the follicular environment — and its protocol is the most extensive in the range.
- PN-HPT® 15 mg / 2 ml
- Hyaluronic acid not contained
- Contents 1 syringe × 2 ml
- Needles 2 × 30G ½"
- Dose 2 ml per session
Composition and technology
- PN-HPT® polynucleotides: 15 mg per 2 ml syringe (7.5 mg/ml), obtained from freshwater trout from controlled European aquaculture, with full traceability of the production chain.
- PN-HPT® (Polynucleotide High Purification Technology): Croma's proprietary purification process, which guarantees a high degree of purity of the polynucleotide chain.
- Mechanism of action: the polynucleotides stimulate fibroblast proliferation and the neosynthesis of collagen and elastin, retain water and act as free-radical scavengers. In the scalp the objective is to improve the perifollicular dermal environment.
- Without hyaluronic acid and without anaesthetic.
Position within the PolyPhil range

Indications and treatment areas
- Scalp: frontal area, temporal recessions, hairline and vertex

The manufacturer positions the product in the management of weakened hair and female pattern hair loss. It is not a medicinal product: it acts as a conditioner of the dermal tissue, does not replace pharmacological treatments for alopecia and should be indicated after the relevant diagnosis.

- Injection plane: intradermal, in the scalp.
- Technique: multiple puncture with microdeposits distributed over the area to be treated.
- Recommended needle: 30G ½" (13 mm), 2 units included.
- Dose: 2 ml per session.
- Loading protocol: 4 sessions at intervals of 7 to 14 days.
- Maintenance: 4 further sessions at intervals of 21 days.
