Neauvia Organic Hydro Deluxe is the skinbooster of the MATEX LAB range: linear, non-cross-linked hyaluronic acid at 18 mg/ml combined with calcium hydroxyapatite, glycine and L-proline. It is administered by microinjections into the epidermis and dermis of the face and neck with a 30G needle, and is presented in two 2.5 ml syringes. It is the only non-cross-linked reference in the Neauvia range and has its own protocol, distinct from that of the Intense and Stimulate fillers.
- Linear HA 18 mg/ml
- With CaHA Yes
- Contents 2 syringes × 2.5 ml
- Needle 30G included
- Plane Epidermis and dermis
Composition and technology
- Non-cross-linked (linear) hyaluronic acid: 18 mg/ml.
- Calcium hydroxyapatite (CaHA): present in the formulation; the manufacturer does not publish the concentration.
- Glycine and L-proline in phosphate buffer solution.
- No anaesthetic: the formulation does not contain lidocaine.
- Rheological profile: low extrusion force, consistent with superficial injection through a 30G needle.
Non-cross-linked product. Hydro Deluxe is the only reference in the Neauvia range without cross-linking: the hyaluronic acid is linear, so the PEGDE technology that characterises the Intense and Stimulate lines does not apply. Its function is not volumetric but the treatment of skin quality in the epidermis and dermis, and its persistence is correspondingly short: the manufacturer states up to 4 weeks, with a mean time of 2 weeks. This figure is the persistence of the implant, not the duration of the perceived clinical effect, and explains why the product is used in a scheme of repeated sessions rather than as a single application.
Glycine and L-proline. Both proteinogenic amino acids are added to the buffer solution to adjust the viscoelastic properties and the swelling resistance of the hydrogel.

The entire range shares the same formulation backbone: hyaluronic acid of biotechnological origin cross-linked with PEGDE (polyethylene glycol diglycidyl ether), buffered in phosphate solution and enriched with glycine and L-proline. The difference between references lies in the HA concentration, the resulting rheology and the intended injection plane, not in the cross-linking chemistry. Hydro Deluxe is the only non-cross-linked reference; Stimulate is the only one that incorporates calcium hydroxyapatite in the gel.
Indications and treatment areas
Biodegradable linear hyaluronic acid hydrogel intended for the treatment of skin quality by injection into the epidermis and dermis.
- Face
- Neck
The manufacturer limits the injection area to the face and neck; it publishes no indication for the décolletage or the dorsum of the hands.
Technique and treatment protocol
- Injection plane: epidermis and dermis.
- Areas: face and neck.
- Needle: 30G, included in the pack.
- Technique: superficial microinjections (multiple puncture or nappage) distributed evenly over the treated area.
- Persistence of the product: up to 4 weeks, with a mean time of 2 weeks according to manufacturer data. Given this persistence, treatment is planned as repeated sessions; the manufacturer does not publish a fixed number of sessions or a standardised interval, so the regimen must be set according to clinical judgement.
- Combination therapy: the manufacturer integrates the reference into two of its own synergistic protocols, one for the mid third of the face and one for restoration of the epidermis, in combination with cross-linked fillers from the range.
