Linerase® Medical White Peel is the topical peel of the Linerase range, supplied as a professional three-step set: Pre-Peel Solution, Gel Peel and Cream. The manufacturer describes it as the first topical treatment with a biostimulating action on the epidermis, with a long protocol — 6 to 12 sessions — aimed at dyschromias, acne-prone skin and photoageing.

Composition and set contents
The professional set consists of three products applied sequentially in the same session:

Indications and treatment areas
Indications according to the manufacturer:
- Impure and acne-prone skin
- Post-acne marks
- Hyperpigmentation and melasma
- Aged skin and photoageing
- Skin laxity with fine wrinkles
The manufacturer states that the treatment is suitable for all skin types and that it presents no relative contraindications.
Treatment protocol
- Step 1 — preparation: cleanse the face with water and a soap-free cleanser, rinse and dry. Apply an even layer of Pre-Peel Solution with a cotton pad.
- Step 2 — Gel Peel: apply an even layer with a brush in the following order: forehead, T-zone, jawline, perioral area and finally the cheeks. Leave on until mild erythema appears accompanied by slight stinging.
- Removal: rinse the treated area with plenty of clean, cold water.
- Step 3 — Cream: apply a small amount (approximately 1 ml) and massage in. The cream is fully absorbed within 15–20 minutes; make-up may be applied from that point. Do not rinse off the cream before 6–8 hours.
- Loading treatment: 6 to 12 sessions at intervals of 15 to 20 days.
- Maintenance: 1 session every 2 months.

Storage
- Storage: keep the containers closed, protected from direct light and heat sources, in accordance with the instructions on the labelling.
- Do not use after the expiry date stated on each component of the set.
- Observe the period after opening indicated on the packaging.
Warnings
The manufacturer states that the treatment is suitable for all skin types and that it presents no relative contraindications. Even so, and as with any chemical peel, individual assessment is recommended for: active skin infections or open wounds in the area, inflammatory dermatoses in flare, a history of herpes simplex, recent isotretinoin treatment, and pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Aftercare: do not rinse off the cream before 6–8 hours and use sun protection in the days following treatment.
