JALUPRO® Super Hydro is the densest formulation in Professional Derma's injectable range. It combines the amino acid cluster characteristic of JALUPRO® with three biopeptides and a high concentration of high- and low-molecular-weight hyaluronic acid, in a 2.5 ml pre-filled syringe. It is not applied in the superficial dermis: it is injected in subdermal boluses over the projection of the main facial ligaments, with the aim of supporting the deep connective tissue and the retinaculum cutis.

Composition and technology
Sterile, resorbable injectable solution, ready to use in a pre-filled syringe. Composition according to the manufacturer:

Dual molecular weight: the high-molecular-weight fraction provides the viscosity required for mechanical support of the subdermal compartment; the low-molecular-weight fraction diffuses and contributes to tissue hydration. This combination is what distinguishes Super Hydro within the range, together with the inclusion of biopeptides, which are absent from Classic and HMW.
Anatomical target: the manufacturer positions the product over the facial retaining ligaments and the deep connective tissue — including the retinaculum cutis — not over the papillary dermis. Hence the bolus technique and the larger-gauge needle.

All four share the same amino acid replacement principle; they differ in the molecular weight of the hyaluronic acid, the amino acid profile and the target area.
Indications and treatment areas
Indications according to the manufacturer:
- Photoageing and skin ageing of the face and body, of moderate and severe degree
- Dry and dehydrated skin
- Skin laxity and loss of structural support of the middle and lower facial thirds
- Support and regeneration of the deep connective tissue and the facial retaining ligaments
- Deep biorevitalisation of the extracellular matrix
Treatment areas: face (points of the main facial ligaments). The manufacturer also envisages the neck, décolleté, hands, inner thighs, knee region and axillae.
Technique and treatment protocol
- Technique: injection of 0.2 ml boluses in the subdermal plane, over the location of the main facial ligaments.
- Needle: 27G.
- Protocol: one session per month, a minimum of 4 sessions, adjusting the number according to the patient's presentation and medical judgement.
- Presentation: pre-filled syringe ready to use, with no prior mixing.
As this is a deep application over defined anatomical points, it requires precise knowledge of the anatomy of the facial retaining ligaments and of the vascularisation of the area.

Storage and pack contents
The pack contains: 1 pre-filled syringe of 2.5 ml of JALUPRO® Super Hydro.
Sterile single-use product. Store protected from direct light and heat sources, under the conditions stated on the packaging. Do not freeze. Do not use after the expiry date.
Contraindications and warnings
Do not apply in case of known allergy to any of the components; infections, active inflammation, lesions or dermatoses in the treatment area; autoimmune disease or ongoing immunotherapy; keloid tendency. Not recommended in pregnancy and breastfeeding or in patients under 18 years of age.
