FILLMED NCTF® 135HA is the reference polyrevitalising solution in facial mesotherapy: free hyaluronic acid at 5 mg/ml combined with 59 active ingredients — vitamins, amino acids, coenzymes, nucleic acids, minerals and antioxidants — reproducing the optimal physiological environment of the fibroblast. Supplied as a Pro Pack of 5 sterile, ready-to-use vials.

Composition and technology
Free non-cross-linked hyaluronic acid: 5 mg/ml (15 mg per 3 ml vial), of biotechnological origin.

Including the free hyaluronic acid, the manufacturer states a total of 60 active ingredients. The vials undergo double sterilising filtration and are supplied sterile and ready to use.

The difference between 135 and 135HA lies exclusively in the hyaluronic acid concentration; BOOST differs in route of application and regulatory status, not in formulation.
Indications and treatment areas
Indications: loss of radiance and skin density, dehydration, fine lines and superficial wrinkles, enlarged pores, dark circles, sun spots, preparation and maintenance of skin quality.

Technique and treatment protocol
Application techniques validated by the manufacturer:
- Nappage (superficial multi-puncture)
- Intradermal multi-puncture — standard method of the FILLMED protocols
- Linear retrograde threading
- Cannula
- Mesogun (automated injector) and roller
- NANOSOFT® — 3-microneedle device of 0.6 mm, specifically for the periorbital area, neck and décolleté (not included in the Pro Pack)
Needles: 30G (12 mm) and 32G (4 mm) for injection; 18G for drawing up the product.
Protocol: 3 sessions at intervals of 2 to 3 weeks depending on the area treated, followed by maintenance sessions. The manufacturer recommends a minimum of 2 complete protocols per year. Dosage: 1 vial per session, distributed evenly between both hemifaces.
Aftercare: no make-up for 12 hours; avoid sun exposure and extreme temperatures; no sauna or steam bath for one week.

Storage and pack contents
The Pro Pack includes:

Sterile, ready-to-use vials intended for single use: 1 vial per session. Store as indicated on the packaging and do not use after the expiry date.
Contraindications and warnings
Skin disorders or diseases in the treatment area; history of autoimmune disease or ongoing immunotherapy; known allergy to any of the components; patients under 18 years of age; pregnancy and breastfeeding.
