How the warehouse is organized
Receiving and quarantine area
Every incoming shipment is verified and placed on hold until released by Quality Assurance. Nothing enters stock without its batch number, expiry date and documentation being verified.
Temperature-controlled storage
Room with continuous temperature and humidity monitoring and recording, within the range specified by each manufacturer for their products.
Cold chain
Products requiring refrigeration are stored in temperature-monitored cold-storage equipment and shipped in insulated packaging.
Batch-based storage
Each product reference is stored by batch and expiry date. The system always selects the batch with the earliest expiry date (FEFO) and blocks those that do not meet the minimum shelf-life requirement.
From order to your practice
- 1Confirmation Receive order confirmation with the product references, planned batches and estimated delivery time.
- 2Preparation Batch-based picking with double verification. Temperature-sensitive products are prepared last to minimize the time spent outside their storage area.
- 3Packaging Individual protection for syringes and vials, cushioning material and, where applicable, insulated packaging with cold packs.
- 4DispatchHanded over to the carrier the same day for express orders placed before 13:00. You will receive the tracking number by email.
- 5DeliveryDelivery to the indicated professional address. Check the package condition upon receipt and notify us of any incident within 48 hours.
Shipping times and rates
The same as those applied during the purchasing process. Amounts exclude VAT; delivery times are business days from payment confirmation, for in-stock products.

- Outside the EUCost and delivery time in the purchasing process. The customer is responsible for customs duties and import formalities.
Why it matters that the warehouse is ours
A medical device is not an ordinary commodity. A hyaluronic acid syringe that has spent a summer in an unair-conditioned warehouse can still look perfect; it simply is no longer so. That is why we do not outsource our custody: temperature control, batch management, and traceability are part of what you purchase.
