PRX-T33® is WiQo's needle-free topical biorevitalisation treatment, based on a patented combination of 33 % trichloroacetic acid, low-concentration hydrogen peroxide and kojic acid. The hydrogen peroxide modifies the behaviour of the TCA: it allows it to act on the papillary dermis without frosting, without visible peeling and with no downtime. It was the first product in the PRX line and the manufacturer states more than 8 million applications.

Composition and technology
- Trichloroacetic acid (TCA) 33 % — the main active substance, from which the product takes its name.
- Hydrogen peroxide at low concentration. The exact proportion is protected by international patent and is not published by the manufacturer.
- Kojic acid — component with an action on pigmentation.
Why it does not cause peeling: the combination of TCA with low-concentration hydrogen peroxide modifies the behaviour of the acid. The formula carries the hydrogen peroxide down to the papillary dermis without producing the epidermal damage characteristic of a TCA peel at that concentration: there is no frosting, no peeling and no crusting. Hence the manufacturer describes it as a topical biorevitalisation rather than a classic peel.
The product is a gel for topical application. It is not injectable and requires neither a needle nor microneedling.

Neither of the two produces visible peeling or exfoliation, and both are reserved for application by trained professionals.
Indications and treatment areas
Indications: loss of firmness and elasticity, irregular texture, fine lines, lack of radiance and skin dehydration. The manufacturer also notes its suitability for young and sensitive skin.
Areas described in the product literature: face, neck, décolletage and hands, as well as stretch marks and scars.
As it causes neither photosensitivity nor peeling, the treatment can be planned throughout the year.
Technique and treatment protocol
- Preparation: thorough cleansing and degreasing of the area to be treated.
- Application: topical, with firm, sustained massage over the area until the product is absorbed. Wear gloves throughout handling.
- Session duration: approximately 15 minutes; around 30 minutes when the face and neck are treated.
- Published protocol: a series of 4 sessions at weekly intervals. The duration of the result described in the product literature is 6 to 8 months.
- Associated home care: the manufacturer integrates the treatment into a protocol with its home-use creams — nourishing moisturising cream for dry skin, restructuring cream with retinoic acid ester and vitamin C, and ICP SPF 50+ protection cream.
- Removal, quantity per area and exact contact time: follow the instructions for use accompanying the product; the manufacturer does not publish those values openly.

Storage and pack contents

Contraindications and warnings
Contraindications and precautions: active flare of acne and dry, flaking skin in the area to be treated; active skin infections or open wounds; inflammatory dermatoses in flare; known hypersensitivity to TCA, kojic acid or hydrogen peroxide; pregnancy and breastfeeding; history of herpes simplex (consider antiviral prophylaxis); recent treatment with isotretinoin; keloid tendency.
Warnings: product containing trichloroacetic acid at high concentration. Handle with gloves and protect the eyes and mucous membranes. Avoid contact with the periocular area. Application exclusively by a professional trained in the product's technique.
