Croma PolyPhil™ Next is the hybrid biostimulator of Croma-Pharma's polynucleotide range: it combines 20 mg of PN-HPT® polynucleotides with 20 mg of non-cross-linked hyaluronic acid in a single 2 ml syringe. Dermal biostimulation and immediate hydration in one product, formulated for mature, dehydrated skin and for the treatment of scars.

Composition and technology
- PN-HPT® polynucleotides: 20 mg per 2 ml syringe (10 mg/ml), obtained from freshwater trout from controlled European aquaculture, with full traceability of the production chain.
- Non-cross-linked hyaluronic acid: 20 mg per 2 ml syringe (10 mg/ml). This is the distinguishing element of the Next variant compared with classic PolyPhil.
- PN-HPT® (Polynucleotide High Purification Technology): Croma's proprietary purification process, which guarantees a high degree of purity of the polynucleotide chain.
- Mechanism of action: the polynucleotides stimulate fibroblast proliferation and the neosynthesis of collagen and elastin, retain water and act as free-radical scavengers, creating an optimal environment for fibroblast activity. The free hyaluronic acid provides immediate hydration and improves skin quality from the first session.

Also indicated as a skin conditioning technique (SET, Skin Enhancement Technique) prior to laser treatment, peeling, microneedling or PRP.
Technique and treatment protocol
- Injection plane: intradermal — superficial, mid or deep dermis.
- Technique: microdeposits (multiple puncture), linear retrograde or fanning, with a needle.
- Recommended needle: 30G ½" (13 mm), 2 units included.
- Dose: 2 ml per session.
- Protocol: 3 sessions at intervals of 14 to 21 days in normal skin; 4 sessions in advanced skin ageing.
- Compatible with combined protocols within the PolyPhil range and with other medical aesthetic treatments.

Storage and pack contents
- Storage: between 2 °C and 25 °C, in a dry place protected from sunlight. Do not freeze.
- Do not use after the expiry date shown on the pack.
- Single-use product. Do not reuse or re-sterilise.
- The pack contains: 1 pre-filled syringe of 2 ml, 2 needles 30G ½", user information and traceability labels.
Contraindications and warnings
Known hypersensitivity to any of the components; pregnancy and breastfeeding; active autoimmune diseases or a history of them; active skin infection or inflammation in the treatment area, including active herpes simplex; coagulation disorders; epilepsy; circulatory disorders; ongoing antibiotic or oncological treatment; patients under 18 years of age.
