Croma PolyPhil™ Eye is the variant of the Croma-Pharma polynucleotide range formulated for the eye contour: 15 mg of PN-HPT® in a 2 ml syringe, the lowest concentration in the range. The lower polynucleotide load reflects the reduced thickness of the periocular skin, where the aim is to biostimulate without overloading the tissue.
- PN-HPT® 15 mg / 2 ml
- Hyaluronic acid not contained
- Contents 1 syringe × 2 ml
- Needles 2 × 30G ½"
- Plane intradermal
Composition and technology
- PN-HPT® polynucleotides: 15 mg per 2 ml syringe (7.5 mg/ml), obtained from freshwater trout from controlled European aquaculture, with full traceability of the production chain.
- Adapted concentration: it is the formulation with the lowest PN content in the range, together with PolyPhil Hair, designed for thin skin and delicate areas.
- PN-HPT® (Polynucleotide High Purification Technology): Croma's proprietary purification process that guarantees a high degree of purity of the polynucleotide chain.
- Mechanism of action: the polynucleotides stimulate fibroblast proliferation and the neosynthesis of collagen and elastin, retain water and act as free-radical scavengers, creating an optimal environment for fibroblast activity.
Position within the PolyPhil range
| PolyPhil | PN-HPT® 40 mg / 2 ml, without HA — face, neck, décolletage, hands, scars |
|---|---|
| PolyPhil Next | PN-HPT® 20 mg + HA 20 mg / 2 ml — mature and dehydrated skin, midface, scars and acne scars |
| PolyPhil Eye | PN-HPT® 15 mg / 2 ml — eye contour, eyelids, superficial lines |
| PolyPhil Hair | PN-HPT® 15 mg / 2 ml — scalp and eyebrows |
Note: the PhilArt line was renamed PolyPhil™ in 2024/2025. It is the same product and the same formulation.
Indications and treatment areas
- Eye contour and periorbital region
- Eyelids and brow arch
- Superficial lines of the area
- Thin, sensitive skin and delicate areas in general
A biostimulating product, not a volumiser: it acts on the quality and firmness of the skin, it does not fill the tear trough or correct palpebral fat pads.
Technique and treatment protocol
- Injection plane: intradermal.
- Technique: microdeposits (multi-puncture) with a spacing of 0.5 to 1 cm, or linear retrograde.
- Recommended needle: 30G ½" (13 mm), 2 units included.
- Dose: 1–2 ml per session.
- Protocol: 3–4 sessions with an interval of 14 to 21 days.
- Take particular care in the periorbital region: superficial injection, small volumes per point and knowledge of the vascular anatomy of the area.
