Newest® One is the large-volume presentation of the Newest line from Mastelli S.r.l.: 5 vials of 4 ml with PN-HPT® polynucleotides, non-cross-linked hyaluronic acid and mannitol. It reproduces the principle of Newest — biostimulation and hydration in a single solution — in a diluted formulation designed to treat extensive areas of the face and body.
- Actives PN-HPT® + non-cross-linked HA
- With mannitol
- Contents 5 vials × 4 ml (20 ml)
- Plane intradermal
- Protocol 3–4 sessions / 14–21 days
Composition and technology
- Declared composition: water, PN-HPT® polynucleotides, sodium hyaluronate, mannitol, sodium chloride, sodium phosphate and disodium phosphate.
- Diluted formulation: this is the low-concentration version of the Newest line, adjusted for the treatment of large surfaces. Mastelli does not publish a single, verifiable mg/ml figure for this reference; the exact concentrations should be consulted on the pack data sheet. To know precisely the PN-HPT® and hyaluronic acid delivered per session, the documented reference in the line is Newest in a 2 ml syringe (PN-HPT® 10 mg/ml + HA 10 mg/ml).
- Origin of the polynucleotides: trout gonads from aquaculture intended for human consumption, subjected to Mastelli's proprietary high-purification process, which removes proteins and contaminants of potential allergenic character.
- Mechanism of action: the polynucleotides stimulate the fibroblast to synthesise glycosaminoglycans, collagen and elastin and bind water in the extracellular matrix; the non-cross-linked hyaluronic acid provides hydration without generating volume. Mannitol is included as an antioxidant excipient.

Newest One and Plinest One share the same format (5 vials of 4 ml) and large-surface indication; the difference is that Newest One incorporates non-cross-linked hyaluronic acid and mannitol, and Plinest One does not.
