Newest® is the hybrid product from Mastelli S.r.l.: it combines PN-HPT® polynucleotides at 10 mg/ml with non-cross-linked hyaluronic acid at 10 mg/ml and mannitol in a single 2 ml syringe. It brings together in one session the fibroblast biostimulation characteristic of polynucleotides and the immediate hydration of free hyaluronic acid, without adding volume.

Composition and technology
- PN-HPT® polynucleotides: 10 mg/ml (20 mg per 2 ml syringe).
- Non-cross-linked hyaluronic acid: 10 mg/ml (20 mg per 2 ml syringe). This is the distinguishing element of Newest compared with the Plinest line, which contains no hyaluronic acid.
- Mannitol: included in the formulation as an antioxidant excipient.
- Origin of the polynucleotides: trout gonads from aquaculture intended for human consumption, subjected to Mastelli's proprietary high-purification process, which removes proteins and contaminants of potential allergenic character.
- Mechanism of action: the polynucleotides stimulate the fibroblast to synthesise glycosaminoglycans, collagen and elastin and bind water in the extracellular matrix; the free hyaluronic acid provides hydration from the first session and improves the viscoelastic properties of the dermis.

The range is ordered by two criteria: presence or absence of hyaluronic acid (Newest line versus Plinest line; Ialest hyaluronic acid only) and concentration. Newest is the only 2 ml syringe that combines both active substances. Plenhyage XL Strong, which is marketed alongside this range, does not belong to the Mastelli family: it is a brand of Bioformula S.r.l.

Technique and treatment protocol
- Injection plane: intradermal.
- Technique: microdeposits (multiple puncture), linear retrograde or fanning.
- Needle: 30G ½" (13 mm); 2 units included.
- Dose: 2 ml per session.
- Protocol: 3 sessions at intervals of 14 to 21 days in younger patients; 4 sessions at the same interval in advanced skin ageing.
- Compatible with combined protocols within the Mastelli range and with other medical aesthetic treatments.

Storage and pack contents
- Storage: between 2 °C and 25 °C, protected from direct sunlight and heat sources. Do not freeze.
- Do not use after the expiry date shown on the pack.
- Sterile single-use product. Do not reuse or re-sterilise.
- The pack contains: 1 pre-filled syringe of 2 ml, 2 needles 30G ½", instructions for use and traceability labels.
Contraindications and warnings
Known hypersensitivity to any of the components; pregnancy and breastfeeding; active autoimmune diseases; active skin infection or inflammation in the treatment area, including active herpes simplex; coagulation disorders or anticoagulant therapy; ongoing oncological treatment; patients under 18 years of age.
As this is a product of fish origin, assess any history of fish allergy before application.
