BioRePeelCl3® BODY is the body version of the biphasic medical peel from CMed Aesthetics, with 50 % trichloroacetic acid. The two-phase architecture — lipophilic and hydrophilic — allows the exfoliating and biostimulating action of TCA without visible desquamation or downtime. The higher concentration and the larger vial volume reflect the greater thickness of the skin of the body.

Composition and biphasic technology
The product is presented as two non-miscible superimposed phases within the vial. It must be shaken before use until a homogeneous green colour is obtained — this is the visual check for a correct emulsion.

Components of the formula:
- Acids: trichloroacetic (50 %), lactobionic, salicylic, tartaric, citric and GABA (aminobutyric acid)
- Amino acids: glycine, proline, hydroxyproline and arginine
- Vitamins: C and B2
The oily phase forms an occlusive film that modulates the release of the TCA: hence the effect of trichloroacetic acid without the desquamation characteristic of a classical medical peel, even at a concentration of 50 %.
Indications and treatment areas
Indications: dull skin with loss of elasticity, active acne, comedonal acne and post-acne marks, pigmentation disorders, photoageing and fine lines.
BODY areas: back, shoulders, buttocks, legs, knees, elbows, hands and feet.
The body reference is formulated for the thicker skin of the body. For the face, neck and décolletage the reference BioRePeelCl3® FND, with 35 % TCA, must be used.
Treatment protocol
- Preparation: shake the vial until a homogeneous green colour is obtained. Cleanse and degrease the area.
- Withdrawal: with a syringe and 18G cannula. Application with nitrile gloves.
- Application: massage until absorbed.
- Contact time: 5 to 10 minutes for BODY.
- Removal: clean the area with a gauze soaked in water. No chemical neutralisation is required.
- Full protocol: up to 6 sessions with an interval of 10 to 15 days.
- Dosage per area: apply the volume indicated in the documentation accompanying the product, adjusted to the surface treated.
Aftercare: for 2 weeks avoid sun exposure, swimming pool, sauna, waxing and laser, and cosmetics with active ingredients on the treated area. SPF 50+ sun protection on exposed areas.

Storage
- Storage: keep the vials in their original packaging, protected from direct light and from heat. Do not freeze. Observe the storage temperature indicated on the vial.
- Use before the expiry date shown on the vial.
- Sterile vials. Consult the documentation accompanying the product regarding use after opening.
Contraindications and warnings
Contraindications: pregnancy and breastfeeding; treatment with isotretinoin in the last 6–8 months; autoimmune diseases; active bacterial, viral or fungal infections and open wounds in the area; inflammatory dermatoses (psoriasis, atopic dermatitis); a history of skin cancer with less than 3 years free of recurrence; incomplete post-surgical healing; allergy to salicylates or to TCA; keloid tendency; uncontrolled diabetes.
Caution: a history of herpes simplex (consider antiviral prophylaxis), chronic allergies, tattoos, naevi or warts in the area, ongoing antibiotic therapy, recent laser treatment.
Warning specific to this reference: the TCA concentration is 50 %. Do not use BioRePeelCl3® BODY on the face, neck or décolletage, or on mucous membranes. Handle with nitrile gloves and protect the eyes.
