DR. CYJ Hair Filler is the injectable hair treatment from Caregen Co., Ltd. (South Korea), developed by Dr Yong Ji Chung on the basis of the company's biomimetic peptide technology. It combines seven synthetic peptides directed at different pathways of follicle biology with a hyaluronic acid vehicle that prolongs their residence in the dermis of the scalp. It is not a volumetric filler: it is applied as intradermal microinjections following a protocol of fortnightly sessions.
- Active complex of 7 peptides
- Vehicle hyaluronic acid
- Contents 2 syringes × 1.0 ml
- Needle 30G–32G
- Protocol 4 sessions / every 2 weeks
Composition and technology
- Patented peptide complex of seven synthetic peptides: decapeptide-18, decapeptide-10, decapeptide-28, octapeptide-2, octapeptide-11, oligopeptide-54 and oligopeptide-71. Each acts on a different pathway of follicular biology — stimulation of the follicle stem cells, prolongation of the anagen phase, anti-inflammatory effect and reduction of shedding.
- Hyaluronic acid as a vehicle: it keeps the peptide complex in the dermal plane and prolongs its contact time with the follicle compared with a simple aqueous solution.
- Biomimetic peptide technology: the peptides reproduce sequences of endogenous growth factors and signalling molecules, with the aim of acting on the same receptors.
